Great Nice Apartment

That's Nice, as in the city in France. Now go back an re-read the title with the right pronunciation. A friend of mine, who lives in Switzerland, has an apartment in Nice that he rents out. He wanted to have a Web site to let folks know all about it, so he wouldn't be tied up on the phone as much. Now he can just say, "look on the site," and most questions will be answered. The site is in English and duplicated in French, with a link on each page to the corresponding page in the other language.
